构建艺术管理学学科体系、学术体系、话语体系的现实思考

摘　　要：构建艺术管理学“三大体系”,已成为推进该学科健康发展的关键所在。为实现这一目标,要坚守中国特色原则、科学发展原则、跨学科建构原则、实践性原则。艺术管理学的学科体系可从多个维度来审视:一是纵向结构研究,二是横向结构研究,三是艺术活动部类的管理,四是艺术活动运行的管理;其学术体系的构成要素,一是基础理论研究,二是应用理论研究,三是应用研究;其话语体系的基本形态包括:以中国风格和语境为主体的话语构成,艺术学与人文社会科学语境相融合的话语构成,历史语境与现实语境相结合的话语构成,学术性与实证性相结合的话语构成,艺术语言、理性语言与科技语言相结合的话语构成,各艺术门类交织与融会的话语构成,等等。构建艺术管理学“三大体系”应采取多种策略,包括准确把握艺术管理学的学科属性与社会属性,强化艺术管理学学科建设与专业建设的相互支撑,促进艺术管理学学科理论探索与实践创新的同步演进,科学把控艺术管理学学科研究型人才与应用型人才的分类培养等。Constructing the“three major systems”of art management studies has become a key factor in promoting the healthy development of this discipline.To achieve this goal,we must adhere to the principles of upholding Chinese characteristics,scientific development,interdisciplinary construction,and practicality.The disciplinary system of art management studies can be examined from several dimensions:vertical structural research,horizontal structural research,management of various categories of artistic activities,and management of the operation of artistic activities.The constituent elements of its academic system include basic theoretical research,applied theoretical research,and applied research.The basic forms of its discourse system include:discourse composition with Chinese style and context,discourse composition integrating art and humanities and social sciences contexts,discourse composition combining historical context with contemporary context,discourse composition combining academic and empirical aspects,discourse composition combining artistic language,rational language,and technological language,and discourse composition interweaving and integrating various art forms,and so on.Constructing the“three major systems”of art management studies should adopt various strategies,including accurately grasping the disciplinary and social attributes of art management studies,strengthening the mutual support between the construction of the discipline and the profession of art management studies,promoting the synchronous development of theoretical exploration and practical innovation in art management studies,and scientifically managing the differentiated cultivation of research-oriented and application-oriented talents in art management studies.
