加强公共经济发展 深化高等教育“放管服”改革

摘　　要：深化高等教育“放管服”改革是促进公共经济可持续发展的重要举措,不仅可以激发学校办学活力、实现教育资源的有效配置,而且能够优化高等教育服务体系。高等教育与公共经济发展水平之间是一种彼此依赖的关系,这种关系是实现二者共同协调发展的必要途径。为解决高等教育领域存在的一系列问题,需要通过持续深化高等教育“放管服”改革,为公共经济持续发展保驾护航。Deepening the reform of“streamlining administration,delegating powers,and improving services”in higher education is an important measure to promote sustainable development of the public economy.It can not only stimulate the vitality of schools,achieve effective allocation of educational resources,but also optimize the higher education service system.The relationship between higher education and the level of public economic development is interdependent,and this relationship is a necessary way to achieve coordinated development between the two.To solve a series of problems in the field of higher education,it is necessary to continuously deepen the reform of“streamlining administration,delegating powers,and improving services”in higher education,in order to safeguard the sustainable development of the public economy.
