摘　　要：基于网络嵌入理论和知识基础理论,利用我国电子信息产业114家企业的面板数据,实证分析了合作网络嵌入对企业技术创新绩效的影响,并进一步探究企业知识网络的凝聚水平对该过程的调节作用。结果表明,合作网络中的关系嵌入对企业技术创新绩效具有正向影响,结构嵌入对技术创新绩效具有负向影响;企业知识网络的全局凝聚性在结构嵌入对企业技术创新绩效的影响中具有正向调节作用,在关系嵌入对技术创新绩效的影响中不具有调节作用;企业知识网络局部凝聚水平在关系嵌入和结构嵌入对技术创新绩效的影响中均具有正向调节作用;合作网络嵌入对东部地区企业的技术创新绩效影响更为显著。Drawing on network embedding theory and knowledge base theory,this study employs panel data from 114 enterprises within China s electronic information industry to empirically analyze the influence of cooperation network embedding on corporate technological innovation performance.Additionally,the study examines the moderating role of knowledge network cohesion within this process.The findings indicate that relationship embeddedness within enterprise cooperation networks positively influences technological innovation performance,whereas structural embeddedness exerts a negative influence.The global cohesion of the enterprise knowledge network positively moderates the effect of structural embeddedness on technological innovation performance but does not moderate the impact of relationship embeddedness.Conversely,the local cohesion level of the enterprise knowledge network positively moderates the influence of both relationship embeddedness and structural embeddedness on technological innovation performance.These insights assist managers in comprehending the intricate roles that cooperative network and knowledge network structural characteristics play in the technological innovation endeavors of enterprises.
