摘 要:采用固相法陶瓷制备工艺,利用Bi^(3+)与稀土离子Gd^(3+)-Nd^(3+)、Sm^(3+)-Nd^(3+)协同置换对石榴石铁氧体进行高介电常数和高功率性能的复合,开发了新型高介电常数高功率石榴石铁氧体,研究不同烧结温度下制备的铁氧体的电磁性能。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对铁氧体的物相组成和微观形貌进行了表征,确认均为单一的石榴石相结构。该铁氧体良好地复合了高介电常数与高功率特性,且具有tan δ<2×10^(-4),T_(c)>260℃等良好性能。两种高介电常数高功率铁氧体具有不同的烧结特性,在1 090℃、1 100℃烧结的Sm-Nd协同置换的铁氧体出现过烧,电磁性能恶化;而Gd-Nd协同置换的铁氧体则在整个烧结温度内均有较稳定的性能。Garnet ferrites with high dielectric constant and high power were synthesized by a solid phase process.The high dielectric constant and high power characteristics were integrated by co-substituting Y^(3+)with Gd^(3+)-Nd^(3+),Sm^(3+)-Nd^(3+)and Bi^(3+)in regular garnet ferrites.The electromagnetic properties of ferrites prepared at different temperatures were investigated.Crystal structure and micro morphology of ferrites were characterized by X-ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope,and all ferrites were pure garnet phase.High permittivity and high power were integrated well in ferrites in this work,and other properties were also excellent,such as tanδ<2×10^(-4) and T_(c)>260℃.Two kinds of ferrites show different sintering features.Sm-Nd co-substituted ferrites were overburnt at 1090℃and 1100℃,and the electromagnetic properties deteriorated.However,the electromagnetic properties of Gd-Nd co-substituted ferrites were stable at all sintering temperatures.
