摘 要:为补充我国鱚属鱼类渔业生物学基础资料,为今后该类群物种鉴定和群体判别提供更加多元化的选择,以中国鱚和多鳞鱚为研究对象,对其进行鱼体形态性状及耳石形态指标的多元统计分析。形态学可数性状结果显示,中国鱚和多鳞鱚在臀鳍数(25,24)和侧线鳞数(80,73)的平均值上存在一定差别;可量性状的非参数检验结果显示:27个形态参数中有24个存在显著差异(P<0.05),主成分分析散点图显示2种鱼类重叠区域较小,可完全分开;基于贡献率较大的8个参数开展判别分析,得到综合准确率高达100%。矢耳石形态指标多元分析结果显示,非参数检验的9个形态指标均存在显著差异(P<0.05);主成分分析得到3个特征值大于1的主成分,其累计贡献率为91.209%;逐步判别结果显示,仅3尾中国鱚个体错判为多鳞鱚,其判别准确率为90.9%,多鳞鱚判别结果准确率高达100%。上述研究表明,使用鱼体和耳石形态相结合的方法,可以对2种鱚属鱼类进行有效的区分。In this study,Sillago sinica and s.sihama were taken as the research objects,and the multivariate analysis of morphometric characteristics and sagittal otolith morphological indicators was performed in order to supplement the basic fisheries biological references and provide more diversified choices for species i-dentification and population discrimination of Sillago species in China.The results of countable properties showed the average numbers of anal fins(25,24)and lateral line scales(80,73)were different between S.sinica and S,sihama.The nonparametric test of measurable properties presented significant differences in 24 of the 27 morphological parameters(P<0.05).Individuals of two species could be completely separated with a small overlapping area in the principal component analysis scatter plot.The discriminant analysis conducted based on 8 parameters with larger contribution ratios indicated that the comprehensive accuracy was up to 100%.The multivariate data analysis of sagittal otolith morphology was also conducted,and the nonparametric tests showed significant differences in 9 sagittal otolith morphological indexes(P<0.05).Three principal components with characteristic values greater than 1 were extracted,and the cumulative contribution ratio was 91.209%,The step-by-step discriminant analysis showed that only three S,sinica individuals were misjudged as S.sihama with the discrimination accuracy ratio of 90.9%,while the discrimination accuracy ratio of S.sihama reached 100%.The above studies revealed that two Sillago species could be effectively distinguished us-ing a comprehensive analysis of body shape and sagittal otolith morphological characteristics.
