摘 要:阿尔茨海默病(AD)是以记忆、认知及情感功能障碍为主要临床表现的神经退行性疾病,以记忆和认知功能的改善离不开神经元突触可塑性为特点。近年来,针灸调控AD突触可塑性、提高空间学习记忆能力、改善AD记忆和认知障碍的机理研究取得一定进展。本研究就针灸改善AD突触可塑性的相关基础研究进展予以综述,从树突棘、突触形态结构、突触相关蛋白、神经递质表达、突触功能增强、神经细胞粘附分子及能量代谢等多角度探讨针灸改善突触可塑性、延缓AD发生发展的机制,为临床针灸防治AD的实践应用提供理论基础。Alzheimer's disease(AD) is a neurodegenerative disease with memory,cognitive and emotional dysfunction as the main clinical manifestations.The improvement of memory and cognitive function is inseparable from neuronal synaptic plasticity.In recent years,some progresses have been made on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion regulating synaptic plasticity,improving spatial learning and memory ability,and improving memory and cognitive impairment in treatment of AD.This study reviewed the basic research progress of acupuncture and moxibustion in improving synaptic plasticity when treating AD.Acupuncture and moxibustion can improve synaptic plasticity and delay the occurrence and development of AD from the perspectives of dendritic spines,synaptic morphological structure,synapsis-related proteins,neurotransmitter expression,synaptic function enhancement,nerve cell adhesion molecules and energy metabolism.This study provided a theoretical basis for the practical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in prevention and treatment of AD.
