摘　　要：目的 探讨原发性乳腺淋巴瘤(primary breast lymphoma,PBL)的MRI特征,以提高对该病的认识。方法 选取2例PBL患者的临床、影像及病理结果,并通过检索文献,总结PBL的MRI表现。结果 本文1例为弥漫性大B细胞瘤,1例为T淋巴母细胞淋巴瘤,结合文献表明原发性乳腺淋巴瘤表现为边界清晰/模糊的圆形、卵圆形或分叶状肿块,ADC值较低,增强后可呈均匀/不均匀强化,增强后期可见勾边样强化,TIC强化曲线多为Ⅱ型或Ⅲ型,肿瘤内部可见血管穿行/贴边征及分隔样强化。结论 结合患者的病史及MRI表现,有助于PBL的诊断。Objective To investigate the MRI features of primary breast lymphoma(PBL)so as to improve understanding of the disease.Methods Clinical,imaging,and pathological results of two patients with PBL were selected,and literature was reviewed to summarize the MRI findings of PBL.Results One case in this study was diffuse large B-cell lymphoma,and the other case was T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma.Combined with the literature,it was found that PBL presented as well-defined/indistinct round,oval,or lobulated masses,with low ADC values.It can show homogeneous/heterogeneous enhancement after contrast administration,with rim enhancement in the delayed phase.The TIC(time-signal intensity curve)was mostly type II or type III,and vascular permeation/marginal enhancement and septal enhancement can be seen within the tumor.Conclusion Combining the patient's medical history and MRI findings can contribute to the diagnosis of PBL.
