摘  要:该文采用文献资料、实地调研以及专家访谈等方法,对新时期大学健美操公共体育课程高质量发展进行了研究。研究认为,健美操课程发展存在学生学习兴趣不足、教学内容单一、课程思政开展滞后以及评价体系建设薄弱等问题。提出实践路径:以学生全面发展为核心追求,构建系统性课程目标体系;多举措并进,提升学生课程学习兴趣;重视理论知识融入,均衡化推动课程发展;加强教师教学能力建设,促进教师与学生协同发展。This paper adopts the methods of literature,field investigation and expert interviews to study the high-quality development of the public physical education course of university aerobics in the new era.Research shows that there are problems in the development of aerobics curricula,such as the lack of students'interest in learning,single teaching content,the lagging development of ideological and political education in the curriculum and weak evaluation system construction.It puts forward practice paths:take students'all-round development as the core pursuit to build a systematic curriculum target system,take multiple measures to enhance students'interest in course learning,attach importance to the integration of theoretical knowledge to promote the development of curricula in a balanced manner,and strengthen the teaching capacity building of teachers to promote the coordinated development of teachers and students.
