摘  要:随着“双减”政策的深入推进,家庭体育教育作为培养青少年全面发展的重要组成部分,日益受到社会各界的广泛关注。该文旨在构建一套适应当前形势的家庭体育教育指导服务体系,以更好地满足家长和青少年的需求。该文综合运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,首先深入剖析了当前我国家庭体育教育中存在的主要问题,进而立足实际,从服务内容、对象、队伍、模式、途径及评价6个维度出发,系统构建家庭体育教育指导服务体系,在此过程中,始终坚持以家校社协同育人为体系的核心目标,力求通过提升家长的体育教育与辅导能力,加强与校社的协同合作,为实现家校社共同培养青少年全面发展的目标提供理论支持和实践建议,以期能够为推动我国家庭体育教育的改革与发展贡献一份力量。With the deepening of the"double reduction"policy,family physical education,as an important part of cultivating teenagers'all-round development,has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life.This paper aims to build a family physical education guidance service system that adapts to the current situation to better meet the needs of parents and teenagers.Through the comprehensive use of literature and logical analysis methods,this paper first deeply analyzes main problems existing in current family physical education in China,and then based on the actual situation,systematically constructs the family physical education guidance service system from six dimensions:service content,objects,teams,modes,approaches and evaluation.In this process,this paper always adheres to the core goal of the system construction of home-school-community collaborative education,and strives to provide theoretical support and practical suggestions for realizing the goal of jointly cultivating the all-round development of teenagers by families,schools and communities by improving parents'physical education and counseling ability and strengthening collaborative cooperation with schools and communities,so as to contribute to the reform and development of family physical education in China.
