摘  要:为探究枯草芽孢杆菌(BA)对葡萄白粉病的防治效果及叶际细菌群落的影响,以‘红地球’葡萄为研究对象,在生长期施用BA生防菌剂,采用微生物组学和生物信息学相结合的方法,研究其对葡萄叶片环境中微生物多样性和菌群结构的影响。结果表明,经过BA处理后,白粉病的病情指数显著降低,葡萄叶际细菌α多样性无显著变化;非度量多维尺度分析结果表明,BA处理后显著影响了细菌β多样性,BA处理能显著增加Firmicutes门及Bacillus、Brachybacterium属等有益菌的相对丰度,同时使细菌有氧呼吸Ⅰ、甲萘醌合成途径Ⅱ、泛醌生物合成的超级途径、甘氨酸生物合成血红素功能降低,生物素生物合成Ⅱ功能显著增加。因此,可利用枯草芽孢杆菌进行葡萄白粉病的生物防治。In order to explore the effects of Bacillus subtilis biocontrol agents on the control of powdery mildew and phyllospheric bacterial community of grapevine,‘Red Globe’grapevine was used as test material,Bacillus subtilis biocontrol agent was applied during the growing period,using a combination of microbiome and bioinformatics methods,its impact on microbial diversity and microbial community structure in grape leaf environments were investigated.The results showed that,after the treatment of Bacillus subtilis,the disease index of powdery mildew was significantly reduced.The α diversity of bacteria did not change significantly after Bacillus subtilis treatment.Non-metric multi-dimensional scale analysis showed that Bacillus subtilis treatment significantly affected the β diversity of bacteria.Treatment with Bacillus subtilis significantly increased the relative abundance of Firmicutes and beneficial bacteria such as Bacillus and Brachybacterium genera.Meanwhile,after treated with Bacillus subtilis,the bacterial aerobic respiration Ⅰ,the menaphthoquinone synthesis pathway Ⅱ,the super pathway of panquinone biosynthesis,the glycine biosynthesis of heme function decreased,and the biotin biosynthesis Ⅱ function increased significantly.Therefore,the recommended concentration of Bacillus subtilis could be used for the biological control of grapevine powdery mildew.
