神经外科护士身体约束知信行现状及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:调查我国神经外科护士身体约束知识、信念及行为现状,并探讨影响因素。方法:通过多阶段抽样,随机抽取全国762名神经外科护士进行问卷调查。结果:神经外科护士身体约束知识得分为(25.33±4.84)分,态度得分为(75.36±10.13)分,行为得分为(117.40±13.38)分。多重线性回归结果显示,是否为专科护士、工作后是否参加过身体约束培训是身体约束知识的影响因素(P<0.05);科室、职务、工作年限和工作后是否参加过身体约束培训是身体约束态度的影响因素(P<0.05);学历、工作年限、工作后是否参加过身体约束培训是身体约束行为的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:三级甲等医院神经外科护士身体约束知信行水平较高,应鼓励提升护士自身学历和业务水平,并建立身体约束培训体系,以进一步提升临床身体约束的安全性和有效性。Objective:To investigate knowledge,attitude and practice of physical restraint among nurses in neurosurgery department in China,and explore the related influencing factors.Methods:A total of 762 neurosurgical nurses were randomly selected to conduct questionnaire survey by multi-stage sampling.Results:The physical restraint knowledge score of neurosurgery nurses was(25.33±4.84),the attitude score was(75.36±10.13)and the behavior score was(117.40±13.38).The results of multiple linear regression showed that whether they were specialized nurses,and whether they had participated in physical restraint training after working were the influencing factors of physical restraint knowledge(P<0.05).Department,position,working years and whether they participated in physical restraint training after work were the influencing factors of physical restraint attitude(P<0.05).Educational background,working years and whether they participated in physical restraint training after work were the influencing factors of physical restraint behavior(P<0.05).Conclusions:Neurosurgical nurses in tertiary A hospitals have a good knowledge and practice level of physical restraint.Nurses should be encouraged to improve their own education and professional level,and a physical restraint training system should be established to further improve the safety and effectiveness of clinical physical restraint.
