摘　　要：目的:调查山西省三级医院护士执业环境现状并分析其影响因素,为构建良好的护士执业环境提供依据。方法:依托国家护理质量数据平台,于2022年8月1日—9月10日采用护士执业环境测评量表对山西省33所三级医院的21 994名护士进行调查分析。结果:护士执业环境得分为80.50(64.36,93.73)分,10个维度得分从高到低依次为质量管理、医护合作、临床护理专业性、人力配备、内部支持、专业提升、领导与沟通、社会地位、薪酬待遇、医院管理参与度;不同医院所有制形式、医院类型、医院等级、性别、工作年限、职务、人事关系的护士执业环境比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:山西省三级医院护士的执业环境水平仍需持续改善,护理管理者应重视护士的薪酬待遇和在医院决策的“参与感”,重点关注男护士、“中间层”护士、合同制护士的执业环境情况。Objective:To investigate the status quo of nurses practice environment in third grade hospitals in Shanxi province and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide basis for building a good nurse practice environment.Methods:Based on the national nursing quality data platform,21994 nurses from 33 third grade hospitals in Shanxi province were investigated and analyzed with the Nurse Practice Environment Assessment Scale from August 1 to September 10 in 2022.Results:The score of nurse practice environment was 80.50(64.36,93.73).The score of 10 dimensions from high to low were respectively quality management,medical and nursing cooperation,clinical nursing professionalism,human resources allocation,internal support,professional improvement,leadership and communication,social status,salary and treatment,and hospital management participation.There were significant differences in nurse practice environment among different types of hospital ownership,hospital type,hospital grade,gender,working years,position and personnel relationship(P<0.05).Conclusions:The practice environment score of nurses in tertiary hospitals in Shanxi province still needs to be continuously improved.Nursing managers should pay attention to the remuneration of nurses and the"sense of participation"in hospital decision-making,and focus on the professional environment of male nurses,"middle level"nurses and contract nurses.
