摘 要:针对现有飞机系统维修计划可行性不高、成本高昂的问题,提出了一种基于寿命预测的飞机部件预防性维修计划编制优化方法。使用滚动地平线方法确定维修计划时间窗口。基于多传感器数据及粒子滤波模型建立飞机部件剩余使用寿命预测模型。利用线性整数规划对多飞机系统的预防性维修策略进行规划,建立以维护总成本为目标函数,飞机部件的剩余使用寿命预测、可用备件和可执行维护的可用时间为约束条件的预防性维修计划模型。实验结果表明,实际部件的剩余使用寿命在预测的概率分布内。同时,与CM和PM策略相比,所提预防性维修计划具有最低的预期维护成本和最低的AOG次数。An optimization method for preventive maintenance scheduling of aircraft components based on life prediction is proposed to address the low feasibility and high cost of existing aircraft system maintenance schedules.The rolling horizon method is used to deter⁃mine the maintenance schedule time window.Aircraft component remaining service life prediction model is established based on multi-sen⁃sor data and particle filtering model.Use linear integer programming to plan preventive maintenance strategies for multi-aircraft systems,and establish a preventive maintenance planning model with total maintenance cost as the objective function,and remaining useful life pre⁃diction of aircraft components,available spares and available time for executable maintenance as the constraints.The experimental results show that the remaining useful life of actual components is within the predicted probability distribution.Meanwhile,the proposed preventive maintenance program has the lowest expected maintenance cost and the lowest number of AOGs compared to CM and PM strategies.
