摘　　要：电子领导力、信息化领导力、数字领导力与数据领导力是领导理论体系下的新兴研究概念。基于本土话语体系理解和把握这组概念的内在含义,辨析其相互关系,关乎学术对话与知识生产,具有重要意义。以概念语境和谱系分析为出发点,深入探讨这组概念的内涵,阐发这组概念之间所具有的同源性基础、承载式发展及渐进式演进逻辑,厘清这组概念在建构侧重点、实践场景以及领导活动中信息来源的差异,从而为后续研究提供参考。Electronics leadership,informatization leadership,digital leadership,and data leadership are emerging concepts within the leadership theory framework.Understanding and grasping the intrinsic meanings of these concepts based on the local discourse system is crucial for academic dialogue and knowledge production.Starting from conceptual context and lineage analysis,delve into the connotations of these concepts,elucidate the shared foundation,carrier-based development,and progressive evolution logic among them,clarify the differences in the emphasis on construction,practice scenarios and sources of information in leadership activities among these concepts,can provide a reference for subsequent research.
