摘　　要：为分析豆渣混合青贮饲料对生态土鸡生长性能和肉品质的影响,选择湖南省娄底市某养鸡场的60只生态土鸡作为试验对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组设置5个重复,每个重复6只土鸡,比较分析豆渣混合青贮饲料对生态土鸡生长性能和肉品质的影响差异显著性。豆渣混合青贮饲料试验组生态土鸡的平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05),平均日采食量略高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);豆渣混合青贮饲料试验组生态土鸡的屠宰率、剪切力、系水力指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),腿肌率、胸肌率、肉色、脂肪含量、pH值指标与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。豆渣混合青贮饲料能够显著提高生态土鸡生长性能和肉品质,这为本地区生态土鸡健康养殖的饲料营养选择与搭配提供了参考依据。To analyze the effect of soybean residue mixed silage feed on the growth performance and meat quality of ecological local chickens.Sixty ecological local chickens from a chicken farm in Loudi City,Hu'nan Province were selected as experimental subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 5 replicates in each group and 6 local chickens in each replicate.The significant differences in the effects of soybean residue mixed silage feed on the growth performance and meat quality of ecological local chickens were compared and analyzed.The average daily weight gain of ecological chickens in the experimental group of mixed soybean residue silage feed was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The average daily feed intake was slightly higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);The slaughter rate,shear force,and hydraulic capacity of the ecological broilers in the experimental group of soybean residue mixed silage feed were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in leg muscle rate,chest muscle rate,meat color,fat content,pH,and other indicators between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Soybean residue mixed silage feed can significantly improve the growth performance and meat quality of ecological chickens,which provides a reference basis for the nutritional selection and combination of feed for healthy breeding of ecological chickens in this region.
