摘　　要：血清蛋白质组学是研究动物血清中所有蛋白质组成及其功能的新兴学科,血清蛋白质组学分析也是对蛋白质翻译以及修饰水平等研究的一种补充,也是全面了解动物蛋白质表达的一种不可或缺的手段。相关技术的发展极大地推动了血清蛋白组学的研究进展,使其在各个相关研究领域得到了广泛应用。该文对血清蛋白组学的相关技术以及在牛生产中的各领域的应用进行综述,希望为牛生产中的各个领域提供参考。Serum proteomics is a new discipline to study the composition and function of all proteins in animal serum.Serum proteomics analysis is also a supplement to the study of protein translation and modification level,and an indispensable means to comprehensively understand animal protein expression.The development of related technologies has greatly promoted the research progress of serum proteomics,which has been widely used in various related researchfields.In this paper,the related technology of serum proteomics and its application in variousfields of cattle production were reviewed,hoping to provide reference for variousfields of cattle production.
