摘  要:目的:探究适当运动对慢性酒精中毒(CA)大鼠学习记忆障碍的影响。方法:取36只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组(n=8)、模型组(n=10)、低强度运动组(n=9)和高强度运动组(n=9),采用每只大鼠持续8周每天灌胃30%酒精4 mL的方法建立CA模型,正常组等容量注射生理盐水。通过戒断评分表和体质量变化等鉴定模型。造模成功后,对低强度运动组和高强度运动组分别以每天10、20 m/min的速度进行100 m的跑台运动,持续3周。最后通过5 d的Morris水迷宫实验对各组大鼠的学习记忆功能进行检测。结果:①CA模型鉴定,模型组大鼠较正常组的戒断评分表得分较高(P<0.05),且体质量明显下降(P<0.01)。②Morris水迷宫实验,与模型组相比,低强度运动组和高强度运动组Morris水迷宫的潜伏期有缩短趋势。低强度运动组较正常组在第一象限停留时间较长(P<0.01),低强度运动组较模型组在第一象限停留时间较长(P<0.05),高强度运动组不明显。结论:跑台运动对CA大鼠的学习记忆障碍可能有改善作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of treadmill exercise on learning and memory impairment in chronic alcoholism(CA)rats.Methods:Thirty-six male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into group of control(n=8),CA model(n=10),low-intensity exercise+CA(L+CA,n=9)and high-intensity exercise+CA(H+CA,n=9).The CA model was established by intragastric administration of 30% alcohol(4 mL per day)for 8 weeks,and rats in the control group were injected with equal volume of saline.Alcohol withdrawal rating and body weight change were used to determine whether the model was established successfully.After that,the L+CA and H+CA groups were subjected to 100 m treadmill exercise at a speed of 10 and 20 m/min per day for 3 weeks respectively.The learning and memory functions in the rats in each group were then tested using Morris water maze(MWM)experiment that was repeated in 5 days.Results:①The withdrawal rating score of rats in the CA model group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the body weight was decreased significantly(P<0.01);②The MWM experiment showed that the escape latency of rats in the L+CA and the H+CA groups became shorter than that of the CA model group.Rats in the L+CA groups had longer residence time in the first quadrant than those in the control group(P<0.01)and the CA model group(P<0.05),while those in the H+CA group showed no significant difference.Conclusion:Treadmill exercise may improve the learning and memory functions in CA rats.
