摘　　要：目的研究脑卒中偏瘫患者采用中频电疗法联合本体感觉训练对肢体功能的恢复效果。方法采用回顾性研究,选取2019年11月至2023年5月于中国中医科学院望京医院接受康复治疗的102例脑卒中偏瘫患者的病历资料,根据康复方案不同分组,将采用本体感觉训练的52例患者资料纳入对照组,将采用中频电疗法联合本体感觉训练的50例患者资料纳入观察组。查阅患者病历资料,比较2组患者肢体偏瘫状况、关节活动度[关节活动度评定量表(ROM)]、肢体功能[肢体运动功能评定量表(FMA)]、平衡能力[Berg平衡量表(BBS)]以及生活自理能力[日常生活能力量表(ADL)]。结果经过治疗,与对照组相比,观察组患者肢体偏瘫状况改善更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者ROM评分、FMA评分、BBS评分和ADL评分均较治疗前提高,且观察组评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑卒中偏瘫患者采用中频电疗法联合本体感觉训练可以有效改善肢体偏瘫状况,提高关节活动度,促进肢体功能和平衡能力恢复,提高生活自理能力。Objective To observe the effect of intermediate frequency electrotherapy combined with proprioception training on the recovery of limb function in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods In retrospective study,totally 102 stroke patients with hemiplegia who received rehabilitation treatment in Wang Jing Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from November 2019 to May 2023 were enrolled.They were assigned to the control group(proprioception training,n=52)or the observation group(intermediate frequency electrotherapy plus proprioception training,n=50).The patients’medical records were reviewed,and the limb hemiplegia status,joint mobility(range of motion[ROM]evaluation scale),limb function(Fugl-Meyer assessment[FMA]for limb motor function),balance ability(Berg balance scale[BBS]),and self-care ability(ability of daily living[ADL])were included as comparators between the two groups.Results After treatment,the observation group showed significantly better improvement in limb hemiplegia compared with the control group(P<0.05).The both groups had significantly improved the scores of ROM,FMA,BBS,and ADL compared to before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group was more pronounced relative to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intermediate frequency electrotherapy combined with proprioception training can effectively improve hemiplegia in stroke patients,increase ROM,promote the recovery of limb function and balance ability,and improve the ability of self-care.
