共同富裕视角下民族地区新型区域文化产业合作研究

摘　　要：民族地区是我国的特色文化资源富集区,文化产业则是民族地区实现共同富裕的内源式发展资源,亦是民族地区实现共同富裕的比较优势产业,更是民族地区实现共同富裕的文化变迁基础。从现状看,民族地区区域文化资源缺乏统筹整合,跨区域文化产业协同发展不足,文化产业外向型发展能力弱,文化产业在带动民族地区共同富裕中的优势未能充分发挥出来。基于此,民族地区应以新型区域合作推进民族地区文化产业发展,强化区域内部的资源整合与区域文化圈建设,推动跨区域文化产业合作,积极开展国际次区域文化产业合作,同时加强新型区域文化产业合作的配套制度建设和政策供给。Ethnic areas are rich in characteristic cultural resources;for ethnic areas devoted to achieve common prosperity,cultural industry is the internal development resource,the comparative advantage industry,and foundation for cultural changes.At present,regional cultural resources in ethnic areas lack overall planning and integration;the coordinated development of trans-regional cultural industries is insufficient;the export-oriented development ability of cultural industries is weak;and the advantages of cultural industries in promoting national common prosperity cannot be fully brought into play.Based on this,ethnic areas should promote the development of cultural industry with new regional cooperation,strengthen the integration of resources within the region and the construction of regional cultural circle,promote cross-regional cooperation in cultural industry,actively carry out international sub-regional cooperation in cultural industry,and strengthen the construction of supporting systems and policy supplies for new regional cooperation on cultural industry.
