民族社会工作研究的几种理论视角——基于近十年研究文献的分析

摘　　要：民族社会工作是社会工作的组成部分,具有特定的服务对象、依从规律以及理论支撑。近十年来,相关研究文献表明,当前我国的民族社会工作理论研究还处于起步阶段,主要的运用视角涉及文化视角、发展视角、人本视角等。在立足新时代推进社会建设、社会和谐,促进各民族更加广泛、深刻地交往交流交融的背景下,加强民族社会工作理论研究有助于推动实务、实践工作的创新。National social work is an integral part of social work,with specific service targets,laws,and theoretical support.The relevant research literature in the past decade indicates that the theoretical research on ethnic social work in China is still in its infancy,with the main application perspectives involving cultural,developmental,and humanistic perspectives,etc.In the new era,we are devoted to facilitating social advancement and social harmony and promoting more extensive and profound interaction,exchange and integration among all ethnic groups.Under this background,strengthening theoretical research on ethnic social work can help promote innovation in practical work.
