摘　　要：文章基于“培土生金”理论,从脾论治为切入点,分析了脾主运化、生气以及脾络与特发性肺纤维化的关系,阐述相关病机并提出补脾升气、健脾温阳、滋脾养阴等治疗原则,为治疗本病提供新的思路。Based on the theory of“replenish spleento nourish lung”,this paper analyzes the relationship between the spleen and IPF from the point of treatment of the spleen,including the digestion,Qi,spleen collateral and IPF,expounds the related pathogenesis and puts forward the therapeutic principles of tonifying the spleen and raising Qi,strengthening the spleen and warming Yang,nourishing the spleen and nourishing the Yin,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease.
