高校一站式学生社区建设对学生综合能力提升的影响

摘　　要：对160名大学生进行问卷调查,了解高校一站式学生社区建设对学生综合能力提升的影响。设计详尽的李克特量表,覆盖社区建设的质量与范围、学生参与度、社区支持系统、社区管理与组织结构、社区文化与环境等维度。研究结果显示,量表在测量学生综合能力方面具有极高的可靠性。描述性统计显示,受访者对一站式学生社区建设各方面的正面评价中,社区文化与环境维度的均值最高,社区支持系统维度的评价存在较大差异。由回归分析可知,学生参与度对学生综合能力提升的影响最显著。高校需不断优化学生社区服务与管理策略,打造积极、包容的社区环境,让学生意识到积极参与社区活动的重要性。The study conducts questionnaire survey on 160 college students to know the influence of one-stop student community construction on the improvement of students’comprehensive ability,and designs detailed Likert scale,including the quality and scope,students’participation,community support system,community management and organization structure,community culture and environment,etc.The results show that the scale has high reliability in measuring students’comprehensive ability.Descriptive statistics show that respondents have positive evaluation on all aspects of one-stop student community construction,among which the average value of community culture and environment is the highest,and the evaluation of community support system is quite different.Regression analysis show that students’participation has the most significant influence on the improvement of students’comprehensive ability.Colleges and universities need to continuously optimize student community service and management strategies,create positive and inclusive community environment,and make students recognize the importance of active participation in community activities.
