摘  要:为研究丁香酚慢性麻醉对红鲫(Carassius auratus)血液生理及肝脏中应激基因hsp70和hsp90mRNA相对表达量的影响,试验设置丁香酚处理组和对照组,用15 mg/L丁香酚处理平均体质量(61.9±3.66)g红鲫12 h。试验结果表明,经12 h麻醉后,试验组红鲫除游动变缓外,其它行为表现正常,未出现死亡现象;麻醉组红鲫血液中皮质醇含量、乳酸脱氢酶活力显著下降,而血糖和K^(+)、Na^(+)浓度却显著上升。基因定量结果显示,麻醉组红鲫肝脏中hsp70和hsp90mRNA相对表达量显著高于对照组。综上所述,15 mg/L丁香酚处理12 h内对红鲫未造成明显损伤,可用于其保活运输。To investigate the effects of chronic anesthesia with eugenol on the blood physiology and expression of stress genes hsp 70 and hsp90 in the liver of red crucian carp(Carassius auratus),in experimental group,red crucian carps in an average body weight of(61.9±3.66)g were exposed to 15 mg/L eugenol for 12 h and fish without eugenol treatment was used as control group.The experimental results showed that after 12 h anesthesia,no dead fish were observed and all fish exhibited normal behavior except for slower swimming.Compared with the control group,the blood cortisol content and lactate dehydrogenase activity of the fish subjected to eugenol treatment significantly decreased,while blood glucose content and K^(+),Na^(+)concentrations significantly increased.The gene expression quantification results showed that the relative expression levels of hsp 70 and hsp 90 in the liver of fish in the eugenol treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group.In summary,15 mg/L eugenol treatment did not cause significant damage to red crucian carp within 12 h and can be used for its live transportation.
