摘　　要：大学校史是高校宝贵的文化资源,是高校历史与现实、物质与精神、显性与隐性育人资源的集合体。推进大学校史文化与高校思政育人体系的深度融合,有利于高校立德树人根本任务的落实。大学校史文化蕴含着丰富的思政育人元素,是以文化人、以德育人的重要文化资源。大学校史文化的独特性、继承性、创新性和教育性等特征表明校史文化资源蕴涵着丰富的育人价值。为构建完善的大学校史文化思政育人体系,高校应不断完善校史文化育人机制,增强思政育人时效;充分挖掘校史文化资源,丰富思政育人内容;构建多元化校史育人平台,拓宽思政育人载体;打造校史文化环境,营造思政育人生态。History of universities isa valuable cultural resource,which is the collection of history and reality,material and spirit,explicit and recessive education resources in colleges and universities.Promoting deep integration of history and culture of colleges and universities is conducive to the implementation of the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education.History and culture of colleges and universities is teemed with affluent ideological and political elements that are of great importance in cultural and moral education.The unique,successive,innovative and educational resources in history and culture of universities and colleges embody rich values of nurturing people.To perfect the educational mechanism of school history and culture and strengthen the limitation of ideological and political education,colleges and universities should fully excavate the school history and cultural resources,construct a diversified school history education platform,create a cultural environment of the university history,promote the deep integration of university history culture and ideological and political education system,and enhance the effect of ideological and political education.
