敦煌医学佛医思想的人类学探微

摘　　要：近年来全球流行病爆发越来越频繁,促使人们转向传统医学寻找抗击疾病的智慧和方法。在敦煌发现的大量遗书中的佛医资料表明,敦煌医学佛医思想的生命观、疾病观、医疗观及具体治疗方法都独具特色。在敦煌佛教医书中,其认为人的生命是肉体与心灵的调和与统一体,主张从身心境大系统整体着眼看待疾病与治疗,针对不同病因,采用调心养生为本、治疗为末的心法、药法相适宜的疗法。从人类学整体观视野探讨敦煌医学佛医思想,由此发现其重要的文化象征和历史价值,也对当代人们养生防治和健康生活具有独到的社会意义。The increasing frequency of global pandemic outbreaks in recent years has prompted people to turn to traditional medicine as an alternative way to find wisdom and methods to combat disease.Among the large number of Buddhist medical materials found in Dunhuang relics,the Buddhist medical thought of Dunhuang Medicine is unique in its view of life,disease,medical treatment and specific treatment methods.In Dunhuang Buddhist medical books,it is believed that human life is the harmony and unity of body and mind,and advocates from the body and mind as a whole system to look at the disease and treatment,according to the different causes of disease,the use of the mind for the health of the end of the treatment of the heart,medicine and appropriate therapy.By exploring the idea of Buddhist medicine in Dunhuang medicine from the perspective of anthropological holistic view,we can find its important cultural symbols and historical values,as well as its unique social significance for contemporary people's health care and healthy life.
