知识史的兴起与针灸学的加入

摘　　要：知识史正在兴起,其避免了科学史、学术史的精英化倾向,更关注微观的社会情境与人群,同时受到科技哲学对于知识反思的影响。同时,传统的医史研究也在走出人物传记与文献整理的单一范式,向个体生命体验和知识生成与演变的多重道路上发展,从而与知识史相遇。针灸学向来重视人文传统,也自觉地进入知识史研究的领域,而且针灸学知识的非线性、精英与民间双重色彩、默会性与实践性、地方性知识的特征、强烈的可传播性等特点,都令其成为知识史研究的重要方向。The rise of the history of knowledge marks a departure from the elitist tendencies of the history of science and academia,placing greater emphasis on micro-level social contexts and populations,while also being influenced by the reflections on knowledge brought about by the philosophy of science and technology.At the same time,traditional studies in the history of medicine are moving beyond the conventional paradigms of biographical accounts and textual analysis to embrace multiple paths that explore individual life experiences,the knowledge generation and evolution,and thus intersect with the history of knowledge.Acupuncture research,which has long valued humanities traditions,is consciously entering the realm of knowledge history.Moreover,the non-linear nature of acupuncture knowledge,the coexistence of elite and popular elements,its tacit and practical aspects,the characteristics of localized knowledge,and its strong communicability make it an important focus within knowledge history research.
