摘　　要：伴随着大众对产品品质要求的不断提升,汽车车内释放气味及有害物水平越来越受到消费者的重视。车门窗密封条作为车内重点关注零部件之一,散发的气味及有害物会对人体健康构成一定的危害。通过对车门窗密封条及组成材料进行气味、有机挥发物(VOC)和醛酮、气味解析(GCO)、成分分析等方面的测试,深入解析车门窗密封条气味及有毒有害物质的来源,为厂家及供应商整改提供建议和方向。With the development of people's consuming demand,VIAQ is attracting more and more attention from the common consumers.The sealing strip as one of the key parts of the vehicles,the odor and harmful substances will pose a certain harm to the human health.Through the analysis of VOC and aldehyde ketone substances,the odor,the GCO and the component analysis results for sealing strip and its component materials,the origin of the odor and the toxic VOC emission have been researched.provide some guidances to manufacturers and suppliers for rectification.
