摘  要:分析电驱动系统差速器行星轴脱出失效的根本原因,并结合电驱动系统的特点,讨论了零件工艺特性对行星轴和行星齿轮胶合失效的影响。从系统上提出解决方案,对零部件关键工艺进行改进,并增加特殊工况下的差速器软件保护策略,从系统上避免此类失效再次发生。This paper analyzes the root cause of planetary shaft detached from differential and combines the characteristics of the E-drive to investigate the influence of process characteristics of differential parts in E-drive on the scuffing problem between planetary shaft and planetary gears.Propose a solution from the system level by improving the key processes of components,and adding differential software protection strategies under special working conditions to prevent such failures happening again from the system level.
