基于迟滞回线的航空相机减振器特性研究

摘  要:橡胶减振器具有优异的阻尼减振功能,且结构简单、可设计性强,在航空相机领域具有重要的研究与应用价值。用高阻尼硅橡胶材料制备航空相机减振器,通过迟滞回线法对其静刚度、动刚度、损耗因子的影响因素进行研究。结果表明:筒式航空相机减振器的静刚度随位移的增加先降后增;动刚度随频率和预压缩量的提高而提高,随动位移的增加而降低;损耗因子随位移的增加先降后增,随频率和预压缩量的增加而增加。当预压缩量一定时航空相机减振器的损耗因子由约为0.2,提高至0.6以上。Rubber shock absorber has excellent damping and damping function,simple structure and strong designability,and has important research and application value in the field of aerial camera.High damping silicone rubber was used to prepare the shock absorber for aerial camera.The influence factors of static stiffness,dynamic stiffness and loss factor were studied by hysteresis loop method.The results show that the static stiffness of the shock absorber decreases first and then increases with the increase of displacement.The dynamic stiffness increases with the increase of frequency and precompression,and decreases with the increase of displacement.The loss factor decreases first and then increases with the increase of displacement,and increases with the increase of frequency and precompression amount.When the amount of precompression is constant,the loss factor of the shock absorber of the aerial camera is increased from about 0.2 to more than 0.6.
