摘 要:三臂凿岩台车在隧道作业时,路面平整度低、负载波动大,导致牵引性能输出不稳定。在三臂凿岩台车动力总成的基础上,建立了液力机械系统的功率平衡理论与力学平衡方程。进一步,开展了三臂凿岩台车的发动机外特性和液力变矩器原始特性实验,研究了共同工作的输入特性和输出特性。建立了三臂凿岩台车的动力传动系统仿真模型,同时开展了整机牵引性能实验。整车实验与仿真计算对比结果表明:一挡、二挡、三挡最大牵引力误差分别为1.8%,2.4%,1.7%,最大车速误差分别为2.1%,1.9%,2.3%,验证了三臂凿岩台车的牵引性能理论,对复杂工况下工程车辆牵引性能研究具有一定的指导意义。Three-arm rock drill truck operate in tunnels with low road levelling and large load fluctuations,resulting in unstable traction performance output.Power levelling theory and mechanical equilibrium equations of the power transmission system are established based on power assembly,and furthermore,experiments on external characteristics of engine and original characteristics of torque converter are carried.Input characteristics and output characteristics of joint work are researched.The simulation model of power transmission system is established,and the traction performance experiment of whole machine is carried.Comparative results between whole-vehicle experiments and simulation calculations shows:the error of the maximum traction force in first,second and third gears is 1.8%,2.4%and 1.7%respectively,and the error of the maximum speed is 2.1%,1.9%and 2.3%,respectively.The theory of traction performance of three-arm rock drill truck is verified and has guiding significance for the research of traction performance of engineering vehicles under complex working conditions.
