摘 要:由于国家基础交通建设投资的持续增加,新建隧道下穿在役运营公路的现场日益普遍。面对与在役公路的立体交叉,新建公路采用隧道结构从下部通过,必然会对既有公路下覆土体造成扰动和变形影响,从而影响公路运营安全。该文以某公路隧道下穿省道施工为例,分析新建隧道下穿施工对既有的影响及变形的控制要求。根据工程特点确定适宜的施工方案,并采用有限元软件对下穿隧道施工对上部道路的变形影响进行预测,施工中结合监测反馈及时调整施工工艺参数,有效保证工程施工的安全,为今后类似隧道下穿公路施工提供经验和参考。Due to the continuous increase of investment in national infrastructure transportation construction,it is increasingly common for new tunnels to pass through in-service operating highways.In the face of the three-dimensional intersection with the in-service highway,the tunnel structure is adopted to pass through the lower part of the new highway,which will inevitably cause disturbance and deformation to the overlying soil of the existing highway,thus affecting the safety of highway operation.Taking the construction of a highway tunnel through the provincial highway as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of the construction of the new tunnel on the existing construction and the control requirements of deformation.The appropriate construction scheme is determined according to the characteristics of the project,and the finite element software is used to predict the deformation influence of the tunnel construction on the upper road,and the construction process parameters are adjusted in time combined with monitoring and feedback during the construction,which will effectively ensure the safety of the project construction and provide experience and reference for similar tunnel highway construction in the future.
