摘　　要：针对智能厨房的物理逻辑与老年人使用厨房的行为逻辑不匹配问题,开展智能厨房适老化设计策略研究。首先通过文献研究,界定智能厨房适老化设计策略概念,梳理智能厨房的发展脉络与构成要素,并提出智能厨房适老化设计目标和方向,构建智能厨房适老化设计流程;其次通过调查,梳理老年人使用半智能厨房进行烹饪的感知、思维和行为层面特征,并转化为设计需求;最后根据老年人使用半智能厨房的行为逻辑,提出面向感知、思维和行为层面的智能厨房适老化设计策略。提出的设计策略为设计出适合老年人烹饪习惯的智能厨房提供理论依据和价值参考。Aiming at the mismatch between the physical logic of smart kitchens and the behavioral logic of elderly people using kitchens,carry out research on the design strategy of smart kitchens for the elderly.Firstly,through literature research,we define the concept of smart kitchen aging-friendly design strategy,sort out the development of smart kitchens and components,and put forward the goals and directions of smart kitchen aging-friendly design,and construct the smart kitchen aging-friendly design process;secondly,through investigation,we sort out the characteristics of perception,thinking and behavioral level of the elderly who use semi-intelligent kitchens for cooking and transform them into the design demand;finally,according to the behavioral logic of the elderly who use semi-intelligent kitchens,we put forward the smart kitchen aging-friendly design strategy oriented to perception,thinking and behavioral level.The proposed design strategy provides a theoretical basis and a value reference for the design of a smart kitchen suitable for the cooking habits of the elderly.
