摘 要:天池煤矿15号煤层瓦斯含量高,难抽采,在回采割煤时,存在瓦斯超限隐患,且一个割煤循环需要6h以上,严重制约了工作面的回采速度。为提高开采效率,利用CO_(2)致裂煤岩的技术方法,提出了突出煤层回采面CO_(2)致裂二次增透高效回采技术。通过试验发现:CO_(2)致裂后,瓦斯涌出量平均减少了16.7%,并能实现密集钻孔条件下的瓦斯高效抽采,提高回采速度。割煤速度从致裂前2.11~2.91刀/d提高到3.38~4.59刀/d,平均提高了1.63倍。The gas content of No.15 coal seam in Tianchi Coal Mine is high and difficult to extract.There is a hidden danger of gas overrun in coal mining,and a coal cutting cycle takes more than 6 h,which seriously restricts the mining speed of the working face.In order to improve the mining efficiency,using the technical method of CO_(2)fracturing coal rock,the CO_(2)fracturing secondary anti-reflection and high-efficien-cy mining technology of outburst coal seam mining face is proposed.Through the experiment,it is found that after CO_(2)fracturing,the gas emission is reduced by 16.7%on average,and the efficient gas extraction un-der the condition of dense drilling can be realized,and the mining speed can be improved.The coal cutting speed increased from 2.11~2.91 knives/d before fracturing to 3.38~4.59 knives/d,with an average increase of 1.63 times.
