摘  要:以某型航空发动机多孔填料滑油通风器为研究对象,开展流阻特性仿真技术研究,建立一套多孔填料滑油通风器流阻特性的数值研究方法,通过仿真建模求解流场,并根据典型工况下实验数据对黏性阻力系数与惯性阻力系数进行修正,完成仿真计算。在此基础上,分析转速和空气流量对通风器流阻的影响。结果表明,随着转速和空气流量的增加,通风器流阻逐渐增大;通风器流阻仿真值与实验值之间的误差在10%以内。Taking a porous packing oil ventilator of an aeroengine as the research object,the simulation technology of flow resistance characteristics is carried out.A set of numerical research methods of flow resistance characteristics of porous packing oil ventilator is established.The flow field is solved through simulation modeling,the viscous resistance coefficient and inertial resistance coefficient are corrected according to the test data under typical working conditions.On the basis of simulation calculation,the influence of speed and air flow on the flow resistance of ventilator is analyzed.The results show that with the increase of speed and air flow on the flow resistance of ventilator gradually;The error between the simulation value and the test value of ventilator flow resistance is within10%.
