摘  要:现有砖制品自动包装设备存在故障率高、稳定性低、抗干扰能力差、送包装带卡顿不畅等突出问题,需要人工参与维修设备及人工手动包装的频率非常高,自动化程度不高,难以适应高温、粉尘多等恶劣的工作环境。建筑砖自动包装系统可实现砖制品打包与转运自动化,实现由机器代替人工,符合智能制造发展趋势。通过优化设计全包裹带道、压紧装置等机械结构,解决砖制品输送过程松垮等问题,提升装置的抗干扰能力,实现在恶劣的工作环境中进行自动包装;运用包装带传感检测装置可实现闭环反馈并实现“二次送带”,提升自动化包装的成功率,为砖制品行业的产品转运奠定基础。The existing automatic packaging equipment for brick products has prominent problems such as high failure rate,low stability,poor anti-interference ability,and jamming of the packaging belt.The frequency of manual maintenance of the equipment and manual packaging is very high,and the degree of automation is not high,making it difficult to adapt to harsh working environments with high temperatures and dust.The automatic packaging system for building bricks can achieve automation in the packaging and transportation of brick products,replacing manual labor with machines,which is in line with the development trend of intelligent manufacturing.By optimizing the design of mechanical structures such as fully wrapped belts and compression devices,the problem of looseness during the transportation of brick products has been solved,improving the anti-interference ability of the device,and achieving automatic packaging in harsh working environments;The use of packaging tape sensing and detection devices to achieve closed-loop feedback and achieve"secondary feeding"enhances the success rate of automated packaging and lays the foundation for product transportation in the brick product industry.
