摘 要:作为首批国家公园体制试点之一,普达措经验对国家公园体制建设具有意义重大。本文基于OTA游客点评,综合应用案例分析、内容分析等手段对普达措游客多感官体验进行研究。研究结论认为,游客在普达措的游览体验是多感官共同参与的过程,多维度感官体验共同构成了游客的感官印象;视觉、听觉体验是游客最主要感官体验,嗅、味、触是辅助的感官印象;游客的感官体验具有明显的时间性;游客在普达措的感官体验会进一步促进游客的认知加工。基于此提出普达措的营销建议:打造水陆空立体游览路线,丰富观览视角;体验安静为主,构建特色声音标识;增加嗅味触体验项目,加深游客的感官记忆;挖掘普达措的精神内涵,提升公园文化附加值。As one of the first pilot projects of the national park system,the experience of Pudacuo is of great significance for the construction of the national park system.This article is based on OTA tourist reviews,and comprehensively applies case analysis,content analysis,and other methods to study the multi sensory experience of Pudacuo tourists.The research conclusion suggests that the tourism experience of tourists in Pudacuo is a process involving multiple senses,and multidimensional sensory experiences together constitute the sensory impression of tourists;Visual and auditory experiences are the most important sensory experiences for tourists,while smell,taste,and touch are auxiliary sensory impressions;The sensory experience of tourists has a clear temporal nature;The sensory experience of tourists in Pudacuo will further promote their cognitive processing.Based on this,marketing suggestions for Pudacuo are proposed:creating a three-dimensional water,land,and air tourism route to enrich the viewing perspective;Experience quietness as the main focus,and build distinctive sound signs;Increase olfactory and tactile experience projects to deepen the sensory memory of tourists;Explore the spiritual connotation of Pudacuo and enhance the added value of park culture.
