摘　　要：肺胀是多种肺系疾病日久不愈、反复发作致肺气胀满的一种病证,其主要发病部位在肺、脾、肾,主要病机为肺肾功能衰退。补肺益肾法治疗肺胀能很好地缓解患者症状、稳定病情、提高效果。文章从中医角度论述肺胀的病因病机,浅析补肺益肾法的作用原理,结合临床病例进一步探究其效果并总结其治疗及用药规律,为临床治疗肺胀提供理论及用药依据,以求缓解不适,提高患者生活质量。Lung distension is a kind of disease syndrome caused by chronic and repeated attacks of various lung diseases.The main parts of the disease are lung,spleen and kidney,and the main pathogenesis is the decline of lung kidney function.The treatment of lung distention by nourishing lung and invigorating kidney can alleviate the symptoms,stabilize the condition and improve the effect.This paper discussed the etiology and pathogenesis of lung distension from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,analyzed the action principle of tonifying lung and kidney,further explored its effect combined with clinical cases and summarized its treatment and medication rules,so as to provide theoretical and medication basis for clinical treatment of lung distension,in order to alleviate discomfort and improve the quality of life of patients.
