摘 要:针对既有激光准直系统存在激光弦抖动现象和人工测量无法直接检测轨道中长波平顺性的问题,为进一步提高轨道几何参数测量精度,结合捣固车现场实际作业模式,提出发射车+接收车+接收车的“一发两收”模式,开展基于三点激光准直原理的轨道测量技术研究。通过激光弦、轨距、超高、里程计等多传感器数据融合,测量轨道内部几何参数;构建三点式激光准直矢距测量模型,解决了激光弦抖动漂移误差问题;采用接收车跟随自走行技术,提高了测量效率。现场试验结果表明:使用三点弦技术方案测量得到的轨向、高低、正矢、轨距、超高等轨道内部几何参数满足现场使用的误差要求,可为数字化、智能化捣固提供数据支撑。In response to the problems of laser string jitter in existing laser alignment systems and the inability of manual measurement to directly detect the long wave smoothness of the track,in order to further improve the measurement accuracy of track geometric parameters,combined with the actual operation mode of the tamping vehicle on site,a one launch+two receive mode of transmitting vehicle+receiving vehicle+receiving vehicle was proposed,and research on track measurement technology based on the three-point laser alignment principle was carried out.By fusing data from multiple sensors such as laser strings,track gauges,superelevation,and odometers,the internal geometric parameters of the track were measured.A three-point laser alignment vector distance measurement model was constructed to solve the problem of laser string jitter drift error.The use of receiving vehicle following self-propelled technology has improved measurement efficiency.Through on-site testing experiments,the results show that the internal geometric parameters of the track direction,height,sagittal,gauge,and superelevation measured using the three-point chord technology scheme meet the error requirements for on-site use,and can provide data support for digitalization and intelligent compaction.
