摘 要:为了研究车轮多边形对地铁高弹性扣件曲线地段普遍出现的钢轨波磨的影响,用多体动力学软件UM建立车辆-轨道耦合模型,在小半径曲线段进行仿真。通过改变车轮多边形的阶数,分析轮轨蠕滑特性的变化趋势,然后运用钢轨表面磨耗计算模型对波磨的产生与发展进行研究。结果表明:随着车轮多边形阶数的增大,内轨蠕滑率减小,外轨蠕滑率增大,蠕滑力变化不大且出现不同程度饱和,其中内轨更倾向发生波磨;同时,在频谱图上波磨特征频率峰值总是出现在车轮多边形的通过频率处;随着运行次数的增加,波磨特征频率峰值逐渐增大,且增长速率逐渐减缓。In order to study the impact of wheel polygon on rail corrugation,which is common in curve sections of subways,a vehicle-track coupling model was established using the multi-body dynamics software UM,and the simulation was conducted on the small radius curve section.By changing the order of the wheel polygon,the trend of wheel-rail creep characteristics was analyzed,and then the generation and development of corrugation were studied by employing a rail wear calculation model.The results show that,with the increase of the wheel polygon order,the creepage of the inner rail decreases,the creepage of the outer rail increases,and the creep force does not change much and shows various degrees of saturation,where the inner rail is more prone to corrugation.At the same time,the peak value of corrugation characteristic frequency on the spectrum always appears at the passing frequency of the wheel polygon.With the increase of running times,the peak value of corrugation characteristic frequency gradually increases,and the growth rate gradually slows down.
