摘　　要：西门子S7-1200 PLC与ABB工业机器人通过TCP/IP使用Socket通信,可以实现相互之间数据收发。而西门子S7-1200 PLC与RFID则通过Modbus-TCP通信协议来实现数据收发。通过西门子S7-1200 PLC程序设计和ABB工业机器人程序设计,实现西门子S7-1200 PLC、ABB工业机器人和RFID三者之间的数据收发,方便由ABB工业机器人为主体读取或写入RFID信息,实现智能化工艺流程控制。经在机器人系统集成应用技术平台反复的实验表明,此程序设计方法可靠且稳定性好。Siemens S7-1200 PLC and ABB industrial robots communicate through TCP/IP using Socket,which can achieve data transmission between Siemens S7-1200 PLC and ABB industrial robots.Siemens S7-1200 PLC and RFID achieve data transmission and reception through the Modbus TCP communication protocol.By designing the Siemens S7-1200 PLC program and ABB industrial robot program,data transmission between Siemens S7-1200 PLC,ABB industrial robot,and RFID is achieved,making it convenient for ABB industrial robot as the main body to read or write RFID information,and achieving intelligent process control.
