摘 要:为了分析矩形箱盖紧固螺钉的力学特性,首先采用重三角级数构造了均布载荷作用下四边固支矩形箱盖的挠度函数,并基于最小势能原理求解得出其待定系数;其次通过建立螺钉固定的矩形箱盖受力模型,计算得到螺钉所受轴向力与弯矩,进而求得螺钉应力;最后通过算例对比分析了紧固螺钉强度的解析解与有限元数值解。结果验证了该紧固螺钉强度解析求解方法的正确性,为紧固螺钉强度的解析计算提供了参考。In order to analyze the mechanical properties of fastening screw on rectangular box cover,firstly,the deflection function of four edges clamped rectangular box cover under uniform distribution load were constructed by using the double trigonometric series,and the undetermined coefficient were obtained based on the principle of minimum potential energy.Secondly,through the force model of rectangular box cover fixed by screws,the axial force and moment on the screw was calculated,so the screw stress was obtained.Finally,the analytical solution and the finite element numerical solution of fastening screw strength were compared by an example.The results show that the analytical method is correct,providing reference for the analytical calculation of fastening screw strength.
