摘 要:针对矿用刮板链条人工装配效率低、劳动强度大等问题,通过分析刮板链条装配工艺,以链条作为工艺装配方法的运动部件,设计了一种刮板链自动装配装置。该装置分为链条清洗整理部分、刮板装配部分及刮板链收集部分。对各部分进行了运动设计,同时通过仿真验证其可行性,为矿用刮板链条装配提供了一种更高效的方法。In view of the problems of low efficiency and large labor intensity in the manual assembly of scraper chain in mine,an automatic assembly device of scraper chain was designed by analyzing the assembly technology of scraper chain and taking the chain as the moving part of technology assembly method.The device is divided into chain cleaning and finishing part,scraper assembly part and scraper chain collecting part.The movement design of each part were carried out,at the same time its feasibility was verified by simulation,and a more efficient method for scraper chain assembly in mine was proposed.
