摘  要:随着科技的发展和新兴产业的需求,多晶硅这一重要的半导体材料在电子工业中扮演着关键角色。近年来,信息技术和太阳能产业的飞速进步,使得全球对多晶硅的需求急剧增加,市场供不应求。光伏产业发展成为绿色低碳发展的新发展理念的重要载体,多晶硅产业作为太阳能光伏产业的基础原料,其产业在近几年迎来了井喷式的爆发。总结多晶硅项目的电气设计要点,探究其优化方案,可有效降低项目成本,提升项目设计质量,达到降本增效的目的。With the development of science and technology and the demand of emerging industries,polysilicon,an important semiconductor material,plays a key role in the electronic industry.In recent years,the rapid progress of information technology and solar energy industry has led to a sharp increase in the global demand for polysilicon,and the market is in short supply.The development of photovoltaic industry has become an important carrier of the new development concept of green and low-carbon development.As the basic raw material of solar photovoltaic industry,polysilicon industry has ushered in a blowout in recent years.Summarizing the electrical design points of polysilicon project and exploring its optimization scheme can effectively reduce the project cost,improve the project design quality,and achieve the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
