摘 要:大学生公共安全教育具有提升大学生公共安全风险预防和风险应对能力的双重目标。可以以大学生公共安全教育九个维度全面把握大学生公共安全教育的现状。目前,我国大学生公共安全素养有待提升,其中公共安全基本素养、社会安全、公共卫生安全、公共意外伤害和自然灾害五个维度相对薄弱,大学生公共安全素养在性别、年级和学科背景方面存在显著性差异。今后,大学生公共安全教育需要从五个方面优化:建立健全高校公共安全教育体系,全面提质增效;开设系统性公共安全教育理论课程,筑牢理论基石;关注公共安全教育薄弱内容,强化实践性技能培训;建设专业化公共安全教育师资队伍,实现价值引领;基于差异化泛在学习需求,搭建智能化服务平台。Public safety education for college students has the dual goal of enhancing their ability to prevent and respond to public safety risks.We can comprehensively understand the current status of public safety education for college students from nine dimensions.At present,the public safety literacy of Chinese college students needs to be improved,Among them,the five dimensions of public safety basic literacy,social security,public health security,public accident injury and natural disaster are relatively weak,and the public safety literacy of college students has significant differences in terms of gender,grade and subject background.Education needs to respond to this situation as follows:improving the public safety education system so as to enhance the quality and efficiency comprehensively;offering systematic theoretical courses of public safety education aiming to lay a solid foundation for theory;paying attention to the weak contents of public safety education and strengthening practical skills training;construction of professional public safety education teachers to achieve value leading;based on the differentiated ubiquitous learning needs,building an intelligent service platform.
