摘  要:本次设计实践性研究从城市的多元化出发,在深圳高密度发展的地域特征中探索“弹性绿地”建设与城市公共空间的多元性。南沙原创在深圳留仙洞万科云设计公社B4/A3从场所自然或人为场所中更一般性的范畴之间的日常空间体验感出发,以“梯城”和“桌景”设计理念引入,建构结构空间的划分,历史功能化的重构复合功能空间。充分体现“结构”与“空间”关系所具有的造型特质,营造结构即空间,同时满足用地属性绿化需求,赋能多型的地上与地下共享空间。“化整为零”的设计策略可逆性的运用,在地性的解读城市建筑学进行当代的实践探索,以实验的城市理念空间重构物质环境,唤醒人的感官体验和精神场所。This design practice study starts from the complexity of the city,takes place in the planning way of practical mechanism,and carries out the cluster design.Exploring the diversity of"flexible green space"construction and urban public space in the regional characteristics of Shenzhen's high-density development,Nansha Originality proceeds from the daily experience between the more general categories of natural or man-made places in Vanke Cloud Design Commune A3 B4 of Shenzhen Liuxiandong,and introduces the design concept of"terraced city"and"table scenery"to construct the division of structural space,historical functionalized reconstruction of composite functional space.It fully embodies the modeling characteristics of the relationship between"structure"and"space",creates structure as space,meets the greening needs of land attribute,and enables multi-type above-ground and underground flow space.The reversible application of the design strategy of"breaking up the whole into parts",the regional interpretation of urban architecture to conduct the contemporary practical exploration-starting from the scale-the concept space awaken people's sensory experience and the spirit of place.
