摘 要:本文针对V型8缸车用柴油发动机,在满足轨压控制的基础上,根据该发动机高压共轨燃油系统的布置形式,建立了一种基于双轨压传感器的轨压控制优化策略,并开展基于此控制方法的试验研究。试验结果显示:在中低发动机转速、较低轨压条件下,随着轨压传感器2加权系数的增加,轨压在阶跃过程中的轨压超调越小;但随着发动机转速的增大,此种影响越来越小,且在特定发动机转速之后,随着轨压传感器2加权系数的增加,轨压在阶跃过程中的轨压超调越大。随着轨压传感器2加权系数的增加,轨压误差随着轨压传感器2加权系数的增大而增大。This article focuses on V-type 8-cylinder diesel engine used in vehicles.A rail pressure control optimization strategy based on dual rail pressure sensors is established according to the layout of the high-pressure common rail fuel system of the engine,on the base of rail pressure control.And test research based on the optimization strategy is carried out.The test results show that the rail pressure overshoot during the step process of rail pressure becomes smaller,as the weighting coefficient of rail pressure sensor 2 increases,when the engine run at low to medium engine speeds and low rail pressure.But this effect becomes smaller and smaller as the engine speed increases,and after a specific engine speed,the rail pressure overshoot during the step process of rail pressure becomes larger.As the weighting coefficient of rail pressure sensor 2 increases.The rail pressure error increases as the weighting coefficient of rail pressure sensor 2 increases.
