摘 要:采用水溶液聚合法,以丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和两性单体甲基丙烯酰乙基磺基甜菜碱(SBMA)为主要原料,过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂体系,合成出压裂用低伤害三元共聚物增稠剂AA-AM-SBMA。采用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、扫描电镜等对AA-AM-SBMA的结构进行了表征。结果表明,在35℃下采用注入水配制时,AA-AM-SBMA的增黏、悬砂性能与部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)相当;当配液水的氯化钠浓度大于3 000 mg/L时,AA-AM-SBMA能表现出较强的耐盐性能;配液水的氯化钠浓度为6 000 mg/L时,3 000 mg/L的AA-AM-SBMA溶液的表观黏度比相同条件下的HPAM溶液高58.4%。AA-AM-SBMA在120℃下放置2 h的降解率高达95.13%,比相同条件下HPAM的降解率高3.19%。岩心渗透率恢复率测定实验结果表明,AA-AM-SBMA对应的渗透率恢复率为95.27%,比相同条件下HPAM的高4.52%,表明SBMA的引入有利于降低增稠剂对岩心渗透率的伤害。A low damage ternary copolymer thickener AA-AM-SBMA for fracturing was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization using acrylic acid(AA),acrylamide(AM),and amphoteric monomer methacrylethyl sulfobetaine(SBMA) as the main raw materials,with ammonium persulfate sodium bisulfite as the initiator system.The structure of AA-AM-SBMA was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,etc.The result showed that when prepared with injected water at 35 ℃,the viscosity and suspension properties of AA-AM-SBMA were comparable to those of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM);when the concentration of sodium chloride in the mixing water was greater than 3 000 mg/L,AA-AM-SBMA could exhibit strong salt resistance;when the concentration of sodium chloride in the preparation water was 6 000 mg/L,the apparent viscosity of AA-AM-SBMA solution at 3 000 mg/L was 58.4% higher than that of HPAM solution under the same conditions.The degradation rate of AA-AM-SBMA at 120 ℃ for 2 h were 95.13%,which were 3.19% higher than that of HPAM under the same conditions.The results of core permeability recovery rate measurement showed that the permeability recovery rate corresponding to AA-AM-SBMA was 95.27%,4.52% higher than that of HPAM under the same conditions,indicating that the introduction of SBMA was beneficial for reducing the damage of thickeners to core permeability.
