摘　　要：房地产作为国家的支柱型产业,在新背景下国家经济的转型升级至关重要,而行业的发展离不开高层次技术技能人才的支持,基于此,调研组对2016-2023年全国开设了房地产类专业的职业院校的开设情况进行调研,以期为房地产类专业未来发展提供建议,进而为房地产行业的转型升级提供人才支持。Real estate,as a pillar industry of the country,is crucial for the transformation and upgrading of the national economy in the new context,and the development of the industry cannot do without the support of high-level technical and skilled talents.Based on this,the research team conducted a survey on the opening of vocational colleges in China that opened real estate majors from 2016 to 2023,in order to provide suggestions for the future development of real estate majors,And then provide talent support for the transformation and upgrading of the real estate industry.
