摘 要:以四种不同产地的核桃青皮为研究对象,以乙醇浓度、超声时间、超声温度和料液比为单因素,采用正交试验优化核桃青皮中萘醌类化合物的提取工艺。结果表明,最佳提取条件为40%乙醇,超声时间90 min、超声温度70℃、料液比1∶70(g/mL),各因素对提取率的影响大小为乙醇浓度>料液比>超声波温度>超声波时间。最优条件下,东北核桃青皮提取率最高,达2.85%。该方法可为核桃青皮中萘醌类化合物的提取工艺优化提供理论依据。Using orthogonal tests with ethanol concentration,ultrasound time,ultrasound temperature,and material-liquid ratio as single factors,the extraction of naphthoquinone compounds from four distinct types of green walnut peels was improved.The consequences indicated that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows:with 40% ethanol,ultrasonic time was 90 min,ultrasonic temperature was 70℃,and material-liquid ratio was 1∶70(g/mL).According to the findings,the ideal extraction conditions were as follows:with 40%ethanol,ultrasonic sonication was 90 min,the temperature was 70℃,and the material-liquid ratio was 150 g/mL.Each factor's effects on the extraction rate were:ethanol concentration>material-liquid ratio>ultrasonic temperature>ultrasonic time.In optimal conditions,the highest extraction rate of 2.85% was obtained from the green peels of northeastern walnuts.This method can provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the extraction process of naphthoquinones in walnut green peel.
