摘  要:用微波辅助提取红柚白囊皮中黄酮及其抗老化眼霜的制备,为增加柚子经济效益提供新思路。采用单因素和正交试验,以黄酮得率为指标,分别考察微波功率、料液比与微波时间等因素的影响。在眼霜配方中添加黄酮提取物制备眼霜,测试其感官和理化指标及其抗氧化性。结果表明:黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:功率为300 W,料液比为1∶35(g/mL),时间30 s,乙醇体积分数60%,其提取率为0.926%。制备的眼霜感官和理化指标符合QB/T 1857-2013行业标准,具有较好的抗氧化性。Microwave assisted extraction of flavonoids from red pomelo white capsule skin and preparation of anti-aging eye cream,so as to provide new ideas for increasing economic benefits of pomelo.The effects of microwave power,ratio of material to liquid and microwave time on flavonoids yield were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The eye cream was prepared by adding flavone extract into the eye cream formula,and its sensory,physical and chemical indexes and antioxidation were tested.The results showed that the optimal extraction process of flavonoids was as follows:power was 300 W,material liquid ratio was 1∶35(g/mL),time was 30 s,ethanol volume fraction was 60%,and the extraction rate was 0.926%.The sensory and physical and chemical indexes of the eye cream were in line with the industry standard QB/T 1857-2013,and had good oxidation resistance.
